She was born in Cannes/France, received her education at the Centre de Danse International Rosella Hightower in Cannes and at the École Nationale de Danse in Marseille. After engagements with the Ballet National de Marseille — Roland Petit and the English National Ballet, she joined the Hamburg Ballet in 1998 and was promoted to Soloist in 2003 and to Principal in 2005.
Among the roles created for her in ballets by John Neumeier are solos in Préludes CV, Nachtwanderung from Lieder der Nacht, Verklungene Feste as well as La Barbarina in Tod in Venedig and, most recently, Eurydice in Orpheus.
Her repertoire in Neumeier's ballets includes Nina in Die Möwe, The Princess in Die kleine Meerjungfrau, Julia in Romeo und Julia and Desdemona in Othello, among others. She also danced solos created for her in Unerreichbare Orte by Jiří Bubeníček and Wege by Yukichi Hattori. In 2008 she excelled as La Sylphide in Pierre Lacotte's version of the ro?mantic ballet. In February 2010 she made her role debut as Marguerite in John Neumeier's Lady of the Camellias.
