Anton Lukovkin was born in St. Petersburg. He graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet and in 1999 joined the Mariinsky Theatre Ballet Company. His repertoire includes Swan Lake (Jester), Giselle (Pas de Deux), Carmen (Bandit), Nutcracker (Nutcracker-doll, Fritz, Petrushka), La Bayadere (Indian dance) Cinderella (Spring, Male dance) Manon (Beggars? Leader), Sleeping Beauty (Cat), Walpurgis Night (Pan).
Since 2000 he has been participating in Kononov-Ballet Project, where he performs in Garold and Mod (Garold), Happy Days (Romeo), The Street Car Named Desire (Mitch), Invisible Movement.
